One of my girlfriends Courtney got married in beautiful Costa Rica and trusted me to design a couple of paper goods for their big day. For her menus, she wanted to play off the tropical theme but also had some Kate Spade influences (like her bold black and white table runners), so I did black watercolor writing with colorful tropical flower details. For their welcome cards, I made a two sided itinerary and map. The front had arrows to where in the town the wedding would be, where the boat trip was, etc and the back had the corresponding dates and times for the activities they had planned for their guests. For the place cards, Courtney chose green watercolor on white paper and it fit her vibe perfectly! I have been obsessing over this wedding ever since I saw the photos- a beautiful, family style dinner, menu placed on each plate, and amazing tropical greens hanging from above. Court looked stunning and pulled off this perfect Costa Rica wedding flawlessly!
